Welcome to Chindi Collective. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, showroom appointments, and the purchase of any artisanal home goods and furniture from Chindi Collective. By placing an order, visiting our store, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Products and Customizations

Our furniture and ceramics are crafted by hand from raw materials (such as wild seagrass, rattan vine, and riverbed clay). Consequently:

• Small variations in weave structure, height, clay tone, and glaze finishes are natural characteristics of artisanal production and do not constitute product defects.
• Measurements provided are approximate. If you require precise tolerances for structural alcoves, please contact us before ordering to verify showroom dimensions.

2. Deliveries and Risk Allocation

We deliver throughout the Netherlands, and coordinate heavy furniture shipments with local courier services. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon physical delivery to the designated shipping address.

3. Prices and Tax

All prices listed are in Euros (€) and include the standard Dutch Value Added Tax (BTW), unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated during final transaction steps.

4. Intellectual Property

All text, images, custom maps, brand patterns, designs, and logos displayed are the exclusive property of Chindi Collective. Any unauthorized replication, hotlinking, or reproduction of these assets is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Chindi Collective shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or improper maintenance of our natural rattan and clay goods. It is the buyer's responsibility to protect furniture from extreme weather, moisture, and fire hazards.

6. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms, or the purchase of goods from Chindi Collective, shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Court of Amsterdam (Rechtbank Amsterdam), Netherlands.
